Paul Davies

Paul joined CSL in 2006 after ten years in financial audit with E&Y and Deloitte across London, Singapore, Myanmar and Melbourne. He was appointed to his current role – Lead on business decision support and secretary of the CSL Seqirus Leadership Team – in 2023 following four years as Head of CSL Seqirus Corporate Development. Prior to this, at CSL, Paul has served as Director of R&D strategy and portfolio management and as financial analyst with Group Finance.

Paul combines his broad breadth of knowledge and skills from across the CSL business with over 28 years of experience applying the engineer’s creative, original, enquiring quantitative mindset with the financier’s disciplined controls and reporting to provide innovative, high-quality analysis, strategic views and decision recommendations in the language of finance and value. Paul gained his Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from University College London and École Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs, France. He is a qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant and is a graduate of the Strategic Decision Making and Risk Management Program at Stanford University, California.
