Judi Badenoch

Judi was appointed interim Head of Human Resources for CSL Seqirus in February 2022, stepping up from her role as Senior Director, Global HRBP Operations and Quality where she was responsible for the HR function across CSL Seqirus Manufacturing Sites. Judi joined CSL Seqirus in January 2016, initially as a contractor and then transitioned to employment at Director, Human Resources. Prior to this Judi had operated as an independent HR Consultant for almost 20 years, working with both SMEs and large organisations including Biogen, Yahoo, SEGA, Portal Software (now part of Oracle) as well as the not-for-profit sector. An Alumni of Edinburgh Napier University, she also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Thames Valley University and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD)
